Another 'Pom' Juice Could Confuse Consumers, 9th Circuit Says

Juice drinkers would likely confuse a company selling a pomegranate beverage called "pom" with similar products made by Pom Wonderful LLC, which has trademarked the name, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel decided Tuesday.
