A San Diego man's campaign to overturn his criminal conviction hinges on the key issue of whether a concealed Swiss Army pocketknife is a weapon capable of inflicting bodily harm.
The state Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Los Angeles Wednesday in a case in which defendant Emmanuel Castillolopez was sentenced to 44 months in county jail for possessing the multi-tool.
