Judicial Power Outage

Power is like an egg white; it so easily slips through your fingers. For me, the attempt to make an egg white omelet brings home my lack of power and the indeterminate nature of reality. Separating the white from the yolk is like separating the truth from fiction in the Ashcroft confirmation hearings. No matter how hard I try, a little yolk always runs into my whites.
