Fog City Diner Loses DCA Appeal

SAN FRANCISCO - A sexual harassment suit filed against an upscale Napa County restaurant is causing tremors in San Francisco. Fog City Diner would very much prefer not to be a co-defendant with Mustard's Grill despite ties between the two that appear to run deeper than the California cuisine menus they both offer.
