RIVERSIDE - Judge Paul E. Zellerbach admits that one of the reasons he wanted to become a judge is because he's a "control freak." "I don't deny it," Zellerbach said recently. "As a judge, you can control the proceedings to a certain extent and control how people conduct themselves."
