Switched Endorsement May Have Swayed Race

LOS ANGELES - Congresswoman Maxine Waters switched her endorsement in the Los Angeles city attorney's race - and possibly delivered a decisive number of African-American votes to Rocky Delgadillo - after City Councilman Mike Feuer refused to pay an additional $25,000 to appear on a mailing targeting African-American voters produced by Waters' daughter, Feuer campaign officials said Friday.
