Necessary Notice

Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, was passed by California voters in 1986. Health and Safety Code Section 25249.5 et seq. It provides that no person in the course of business shall knowingly and intentionally expose any individual to a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving clear and reasonable warning to such individual. Section 25249.10.
