'Out to Lunch' Mentality Could Pay Off

The court system is an interesting locomotive of justice. Its wheels have been progressing for well over 225 years, and it has established its own institutions as the courts of Merry Old England had since the 13th century. We have our formalities, to be sure, although our bailiffs have been replaced for the most part with court attendants and the ruffles and flourishes of opening the court day have been replaced by the more mundane, "Superior Court is in session."
