Google Battles to Move WiFi Class Actions to the Northern District of California

The Mountain View-based search engine is battling a growing number of cases over its collection of private data through unsecured internet connections.

Google Inc., under investigation by regulators around the world over data it collected from private WiFi connections, now is battling it out with plaintiffs' lawyers over where a growing number of class actions against the company should be handled.
