L.A. Sewage Sludge Case Declined

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to get its hands dirty Tuesday over whether a local regulation can stop the City of Los Angeles from sending its sewage sludge to Kern County for recycling.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court declined to get its hands dirty Tuesday over the question of whether a local regulation can stop the City of Los Angeles from sending its sewage sludge to Kern County for recycling.
