WASHINGTON - The National Football League went down in defeat Monday when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously that its joint merchandising agreements are not exempt from antitrust laws.
The case focused on a 2000 agreement between all 32 NFL teams that said each team would grant exclusive licenses to the same company to produce team-branded merchandise. American Needle Inc....
