Court Will Hear Bomb-Plot Case

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Friday to consider the Bush administration's appeal of a lower-court ruling that invalidated part of the conviction against an al-Qaida operative who plotted to set off a bomb at Los Angeles International Airport before the millennium.
