Aryan Prosecutors Won’t Seek Death

SANTA ANA - The case thought to be the largest federal death-penalty prosecution in modern times isn't a death-penalty case at all anymore. Federal prosecutors declared they will not seek death against the last six members of the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang facing execution.
