Thomas Jefferson prevails in jobs data trial

Jury rules that the school did not falsely report graduates' employment statistics in U.S. News.

SAN DIEGO -- Thomas Jefferson School of Law prevailed in the first trial nationwide focused on whether a law school misreported its post-graduate employment statistics in an attempt to attract students.
