Sterling's $1 billion NBA case dismissed

A federal judge found that none of Sterling's claims against the NBA were actionable.

A federal judge dismissed a $1 billion lawsuit filed by former L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling Wednesday, noting there was nothing actionable in the complaint that would justify a trial.
