Proposed CEQA bills would clarify law, protect public health

With all of the recent discussion about fundamentally altering the California Environmental Quality Act, or CEQA, it is easy to overlook some important, but more modest, proposals to clarify the law.

With all of the recent discussion about fundamentally altering the California Environmental Quality Act, or CEQA, it is easy to overlook some important, but more modest, proposals to clarify the law.
