Judge Clears Way for Class Action Over Living Wage Law

Laundry giant Cintas Corp couldn't take the starch out of litigation brought against it by its own Bay Area employees. Cintas attempted to limit the scope of Hayward's living wage ordinance, which company staff are relying on in a proposed class action seeking back wages.
