Los Angeles' World Trade Center Sells

Jamison Properties purchased the Los Angeles World Trade Center from Haseko of Japan, according to Grubb & Ellis Co., which represented both parties in the transaction.

The 10-story, 372,790-square-foot office building located at 350 S. Figueroa St. in the central business district of Los Angeles sold for a reported $53 million. Jamison officials would not confirm the price.
