Two pending cases could again delay NLRB poster rule

Will California employers have to display a poster later this month alerting workers to their rights under the National Labor Relations Act? The answer to that question may come soon - but not from California.

California employers will not have to begin displaying a poster alerting workers to their rights under the National Labor Relations Act - at least not for now.


Two cases, both on the East Coast, have delayed the controversial notification.


NLRB Chairman Mark Gaston Pearce said Tuesday that regional offices will not implement the rule until the issues have been resolved by appeals courts. <...
