Court may weigh in again on limits of arbitration agreements

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court has an opportunity to further bolster the binding power of arbitration contracts if it agrees today to review a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling, which would follow a string of decisions propping up those types of pacts.


An international salvage company is trying to revive its quest to push into arbitration its litigation with a Hong Kong shipper.
