Bluetooth class settlement decried

A lawyer for objectors argued the settlement in litigation over whether Bluetooth Headsets can cause hearing loss is a "poster child for class action abuse."

LOS ANGELES - A $900,000 federal class settlement related to claims Bluetooth headsets can cause hearing loss is drawing renewed objections from class members.


The case is "a poster child of class action abuse," objectors' attorney Ted Frank, of the Center for Class Action Fairness, said in court documents filed last week.
