Judge approves higher wages in warehouse suit

Workers suing a major logistics company in Mira Loma should receive wages similar to what they were paid before filing their lawsuit, a Los Angeles federal judge said Wednesday in a tentative ruling.

Workers suing a major logistics company in Mira Loma should receive wages similar to what they were paid before filing their lawsuit, a Los Angeles federal judge said Wednesday in a tentative ruling.

In October, the workers sued Schneider Logistics, part of the Wal-Mart supply chain, and its subcontractors alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
