$117 Million Apartment Sale Sets Record

The Southern California office of Chicago-based Moran & Co . brokered the $117.15 million sale of Marina Pointe, a 583-unit apartment community in Marina del Rey. The sale represents the largest single apartment transaction in Los Angeles County history, according to Moran partner Mary Ann King, who handled the sale with Scott Davis, also of Moran.
