Justices Back Texas Against Bush Order
In a rebuke to President Bush and an international court in the Netherlands, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that state courts do not have to reconsider the death sentences given to 51 Mexican nationals whose international-treaty rights were violated during their arrests.
