Justices Appear Poised to Boost Arbitration Act

WASHINGTON - Continuing its strong support for arbitration, the Supreme Court on Wednesday indicated it will block the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from seeking reinstatement, back pay and damages for workers whose discrimination claims are the subject of mandatory arbitration.
