Civilians Pay Fatal Price for Brutal U.S. Foreign Policy

The United States has struck back at terrorism. Although surgical strikes allegedly were aimed at military targets, early reports indicate that bombs hit near four hospitals, and at least 20 civilians were killed. Scores of terrified Afghans who fled the bombing will swell the numbers of refugees already trying to escape our firepower.
