Experts Fear 'Watch List' Will Lead to Profiling

WASHINGTON - Legal experts say an FBI "watch list" created after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks is a legitimate investigative tool for tracing individuals identified during the probe, but the experts warn that the roll of mostly Arabic names and aliases potentially could be used by some as a mandate for racial profiling.
