Attorney Jailed for Stealing Disabled Client's Money

SAN DIEGO - A lawyer who pleaded guilty to writing bad checks to a disabled client after he misappropriated accident settlement funds placed in a client trust account was sentenced Friday to 270 days in jail and three years on probation.
