San Diego Watch: ABA Planning 2001 San Diego Odessey

For the first time in its history, the American Bar Association will hold its mid-year meeting in San Diego in 2001. Last weekend, the president-elect of the ABA, Martha Barnett , a partner with Holland & Knight in Tallahassee, Fla., and ABA staff members met here with attorneys and convention personnel to discuss the Feb. 14-20 meeting, which is expected to attract more than 2,500 ABA members.
