S.F. Cop's Suit Over Complaint SLAPP'd Down
SAN FRANCISCO - It will cost a police sergeant $52,000 in legal fees for suing San Franciscan Betty Evans, a superior court judge said this week, because the suit was an illegal payback for Evans' misconduct complaint against the cop.
