Coudert Bros. and Strook Tangle in Fee Fight

When a lawyer and two of his former firms are sued, who picks up the tab for the lawyer? Coudert Brothers sued Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in Los Angeles Superior Court Monday for the costs of defending an attorney who had been a partner at both firms. Coudert seeks about $85,000 - the cost of reimbursing attorney Ron Goldie, the former partner, for his settlement and legal fees.
