MoFo Announces Attorneys For New San Diego Operation

Morrison & Foerster has opened a San Diego office in Carmel Valley with one attorney and more expected beginning next month. Mark Danis , the partner in charge here, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric Acker will join the office Nov. 1 as of counsel, and a litigation associate is expected by the end of the year. In addition, partner Kate Murashige will relocate here by Thanksgiving from Morrison's office in Washington, D.C., where she's been for the past 61/2 years.
