Watkins' Case Transferred to O.C. SAN BERNARDINO - The criminal case against lawyers James Brian Watkins and his father, John Franklyn Watkins, was moved from San Bernardino to Orange County Wednesday after defense attorneys filed a motion to recusal the entire San Bernardino bench, arguing that some of the judges may be called as witnesses about two co-defendants, Steven Oleesky and his ex-wife.
