Wearable tracking device data may be used more often in civil lawsuits

Legal observers say data subpoenaed from wearable tracking devices will likely become a common courtroom tactic in civil lawsuits as the technology becomes increasingly ubiquitous.

The wearable device tracking statistics about your body or athletic activity could be used against you in court someday soon.
