Charges dismissed in city councilman's case

A state court judge dismissed the voter fraud case brought against Los Angeles City Councilman Richard Alarcon and his wife.

A state court judge dismissed the voter fraud case brought against Los Angeles City Councilman Richard Alarcon and his wife.
