Oracle sets out damages demand in SAP retrial

Oracle Corp. lawyers have told a federal judge they intend to claim $777 million in damages during the retrial of their client's copyright infringement lawsuit.

Oracle Corp. lawyers have told a federal judge they intend to claim $777 million in damages during the retrial of their client's copyright infringement lawsuit against rival SAP AG.
