Senate leader joins bill limiting disability suits

In a surprise move, Sen. President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, D-Sacramento, has signed onto a bill seeking to limit the monetary demands made against businesses in disability access lawsuits.

In a surprise move, Sen. President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, D-Sacramento, has signed onto a bill seeking to limit the monetary demands made against businesses in disability access lawsuits.
