SACRAMENTO - A bill that would allow employees of the Administrative Office of the Courts to unionize passed its first legislative hurdle Thursday, sailing out of committee with little debate.
On a 4-2 vote, the Assembly Committee on Public Employees, Retirement and Social Security supported the legislation, AB 2381.
