International Megan's Law challenged in federal court
A lawsuit filed Tuesday in San Francisco federal court challenges International Megan's Law, a law signed into effect Monday by President Barack Obama that requires federal agencies to notify a destination country of impending or current international travel of an American citizen who is a registered sex offender to that country.
