Arizona Department of Corrections must desegregate facilities

The Arizona Department of Corrections will be required to desegregate ten prison facilities and end discriminatory practices for all of the state's 35,000 inmates under an agreement approved by U.S. District Judge Cindy K. Jorgensen.
