Zebrowski Retirement Adds To Growing List of Vacancies

Appellate Justice John Zebrowski of Los Angeles said Wednesday he plans to retire from the bench in early November. Zebrowski, 51, has sat on the 2nd District Court of Appeal, Division 2, for four years. His retirement will create a second vacancy on the Los Angeles appellate bench, both in the same four-member division.
