L.A. Court Cracks Down On Apartment Repairs

Realizing that hundreds of thousands of apartment buildings in the city remain dilapidated despite court orders to fix them, the Los Angeles Municipal Court announced Wednesday it has stepped up its efforts to enforce repairs by assigning a judge to keep tabs on the cases.
