Workers Say Asbestos Hazards Forced Upon Them

A developer who used workers to remove asbestos and mold and mildew from apartment complexes in Orange County and Washington state without warning them of hazards or equipping them with safety equipment has been sued for $100 million in Los Angeles Superior Court.
