Iconoclast and Famed Antitrust Lawyer Didn't Conform to Convention

Eliot G. Disner, the fiercely independent Los Angeles attorney who defined his career by suing the nation's leading bar review provider, has died. He was 61.

A well-known plaintiffs antitrust lawyer, Disner was a self-described crusader whose unique style often clashed with the law firms he worked for, bouncing him from place to place for most of his career. He won more than $100 million in jury verdicts...
