Case to Test New Stance on Medical Pot

In a test case for the Obama administration's stance on California's medical marijuana laws, a man who fled the country to avoid federal drug charges but later returned expecting more leniency under the new president has agreed to plead guilty to one drug count and tax evasion, his attorney said Wednesday.
