Sidley Austin, KPMG Must Go to Trial in Suit Filed by Client

A state appellate court has ruled that a case accusing the accounting firm KPMG and the law firm Sidley Austin of breach of fiduciary duty, negligent representation and fraud will go to trial, rather than arbitration.
