MySpace Jury Convicts Mother Only on Misdemeanor Counts

A jury found a 49-year-old Missouri mother guilty of three misdemeanor counts of unauthorized computer access, but rejected prosecutors’ arguments that she used a fake MySpace profile to bully a 13-year-old girl, who later committed suicide.

LOS ANGELES - A jury found a 49-year-old Missouri mother guilty of three misdemeanor counts of unauthorized computer access, but rejected prosecutors' arguments that she used a fake MySpace profile to bully a 13-year-old girl, who later committed suicide.
