Timothy J. Heaslet, 1944-2008

Judge spent half his life on the bench.

RIVERSIDE - Services have been held for Timothy J. Heaslet, a retired Riverside County Superior Court judge who was one of the longest serving judicial officers in the state.

Heaslet, who sat as a referee, commissioner and judge over his 34-year bench career, died Friday of complications from prostate cancer. He was 64.
