Nullification and the Constitution

The House of Representatives' refusal to fund the federal budget and raise the debt ceiling until the president agrees not to enforce Obamacare is a gross violation of the constitutional principle of separation of powers. It is as serious a breach to the structure of federal government and the Constitution's supremacy clause, as the Nullification Crisis of 1832 was to the structure of the Union.
