'Megan's Law' Stands Test of Judicial Review

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld "Megan's laws" against challenges that they violate the rights of sex offenders by requiring them to register with police and allowing the government to publicize their convictions without a hearing to determine whether they remain dangerous.
